Coastal Christmas Blog Hope- Win a $150 Amazon Gift Card and 30 ebooks!
For me, Christmas is a good excuse to prepare one of my favourite festive drinks, sangria.
It’s the perfect way to hydrate, relax and enjoy the health benefits of some fruit at the same time.
Today I’m going to share my recipe for red sangria, which is my personal favourite!
Red Wine Sangria
1 bottle of chilled red wine- doesn’t need to be expensive
A cup of orange juice
Fruit – I generally use slices of peaches, lemon and orange. Tinned peaches are fine.
A dash of lemon juice
Half a can of chilled ginger ale or lemonade, depending on your preference.
Mix all ingredients together in a jug, stir and leave in the fridge for at least an hour for the flavours to mix though.
Since this drink is so popular, never make one jug at a time! Just multiply the ingredients by the number of jugs you wish to make.
And if you’re looking for a great read while you enjoy your sangria, be sure to enter the draw for a $150 Amazon gift card and 30 ebooks as part of the coastal Christmas blog hop!
